Breath and Life Transformation (BALT) is a 10-day immersion into Rebirth Breath Therapy®—a method developed over 30 years by breathwork master Katia Boustani, one of only five Rebirthing Breath Masters recognized by Leonard Orr. Set at a secluded Ibiza finca, the program moves day by day through conception, birth, childhood, and adulthood, giving you the tools to release old patterns at their root—not just talk about them.

You’ll receive 10 individual 1:1 breathwork sessions with an RBT mentor alongside daily group teaching and meditation, plus a full day off for elemental purification. This isn’t a weekend taster—it’s a complete arc through your own story, with practical tools to keep working with your breath long after you leave.
